Terrible.
cannot download anything. I want to spend money with you....morons! Customer service is awful. Really? You send a password in an image so that i can't copy and past? WTF? It's like 1999. I'm pissed. I really want my issues of HBR BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT. I'll kill some trees instead.
